Note a few things:
  • Just because your address has "Williamsburg" as the city does not mean you necessarily will vote in Williamsburg. Many people with Williamsburg mailing addresses actually reside in James City County.
  • Many popular apartment complexes are actually in James City County, including Governors Square, the Midlands, and Steeplechase Apartments. You will be eligible to vote in James City County municipal elections and not Williamsburg City Council elections. If you live in one of these apartment complexes, select James City County below.
  • This form can be used to register to vote anywhere in Virginia.
  • Enter the address for your apartment or house below. All Williamsburg City addresses have a 23185 or 23188 zip code.
